By registering an account on millyon88, accessing the millyon88 website or mobile application, or using any service provided by millyon88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the millyon88 platform from time to time.

These Terms apply to all users of the millyon88 platform, including registered account holders and visitors who access the platform without registering. If you are using millyon88 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

millyon88 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the millyon88 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

millyon88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible user may be forfeited.

To access the full features of millyon88, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by millyon88 for identity verification purposes.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active millyon88 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. millyon88 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, millyon88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your millyon88 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. millyon88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify millyon88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

KYC Verification: millyon88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended.

All financial transactions on millyon88 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). millyon88 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.

Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit card, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. millyon88 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method but millyon88 aims to process approved withdrawals within 24 hours. millyon88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering: millyon88 is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Transactions that appear suspicious or inconsistent with a player's stated profile may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. millyon88 may request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. millyon88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the account holder.

millyon88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• millyon88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• millyon88 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the millyon88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the millyon88 platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the millyon88 platform or its other users.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the millyon88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, and video — is the property of millyon88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the millyon88 platform without the prior written consent of millyon88. Unauthorized use of millyon88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, millyon88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

millyon88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. millyon88 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In no event shall millyon88's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your millyon88 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

millyon88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered millyon88 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the millyon88 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

millyon88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, millyon88 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

You may close your millyon88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

millyon88 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

millyon88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, millyon88 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the millyon88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10.
